Terms & Conditions

Rates

  • The shown rates are per apartment, per night and don’t include breakfast but do include VAT.
  • The rates shown do not include the cost of cancellation and travel insurance. We recommend taking a cancellation and travelling insurance.
  • The rates shown are subject to change.

Booking & confirmation

  • A reservation request or booking can be done by telephone, by e-mail, via our website or via third party booking sites. Payment and cancellations policies will differ on third party booking sites, please refer to their terms and conditions regarding the cancellation policy for your specific booking.
  • To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The maximum number of staying guests per apartment is shown on the website, this cannot be exceeded.
  • The minimum stay at Finca Bravo is two nights.
  • After receiving your reservation request and the confirmation sent by Finca Bravo, you are bound to pay the deposit of 50% of the outstanding total. The reservation is only valid if the deposit has been paid and you received a confirmation from us.
  • Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our explicit permission.
  • All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners.

Payment

  • The deposit is 50% of the total outstanding amount and can be paid via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.
  • Any charges raised against us by our bank for accepting payment must be reimbursed by the lead guest within seven (7) days of any request to do so.

Cancellation

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing or by email quoting your reservation number. If the booking agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation fees will be charged: 

  • PRIOR TO 1 WEEK:
    100% of your deposit paid will be reimbursed if you cancel prior to 1 week (7 days) of your scheduled arrival date.
  • LESS THAN 1 WEEK:
    No refund of the deposit paid is issued.
  • NO SHOW:
    No refund of the deposit paid is issued.
  • COVID:
    If you are unable to travel due to travel restrictions imposed as a result of the Corona virus, you will receive full refund

We recommend purchasing a good cancellation and travel insurance.

Check-in/Check-out

Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below:

  • Check-in from 15:00pm and before 22:00pm on the day of arrival
  • Check-out by 11:00am on the day of departure

Data Policy

We treat your data confidentially and don’t share any data with third parties. Upon making a reservation request, you are automatically signing up to our seasonal newsletter.
